Kelly Eger-Smith to present at the 31st Annual Florida Chamber Environmental Conference

For the 10th consecutive year, AEC’s President, Kelly Eger-Smith, has been invited to serve as an instructor at the 31st Annual Florida Chamber Environmental Permitting Summer School to be held July 18-21 in Marco Island, Florida.  Kelly’s conference course titled “Emerging Issues in Environmental Due Diligence” will be an informative discussion of emerging trends and issues that impact the environmental due diligence process including changing standards and regulations, consumptive use restrictions and other regulatory challenges; practical considerations in closing land transactions when there are unresolved issues and how to address those issues and much more.  Instructors:  Cristina Lumpkin (Moderator), Vince Yarina, Kelly Eger-Smith, Kirby Stallings

The Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School is the Florida Chamber’s largest short course and is attended by approximately 800 Attorneys, Consultants, Engineers, State and Local Government Officials, Developers, Land Owners and many others with a strong interest in environmental permitting in Florida.
